Product Returns

14-Day Return Window

You may return unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Products must be unused and in resalable condition
  • All original accessories and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, installed, or used
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products with removed or damaged packaging
  • Items past the 14-day return window

Return Process

Service Refunds

Consultation Services

Initial consultations are typically complimentary. For paid consultation services:

  • Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled appointment
  • 50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment
  • No refund for missed appointments without prior notice

Integration and Support Services

Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss resolution options.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Defective products may also be covered by manufacturer warranties.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
